The application of organic fertilizers can improve soil fertility specifically on Inceptisol soils which are quite extensive but have problems with relatively low nitrogen nutrients so that the effort to overcome this is through addition matter into fertilization or inorganic fertilizers. purpose study was determine effect goat and urea fertilizer chemical properties inceptisols from Rantau Selatan. This research carried out at Agrotechnology Practice Field, Faculty Science Technology, Labuhanbatu Prapat University February May 2021. used a factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) 2 factors, namely factor 1 4 levels, namely: U0 = 100 kg /ha (0 g urea/5 weight oven-dry BTKO), U1= urea/ha (0.25 U2= 200 (0.50 urea/ha) 5 U3 300 (0.75 BTKO) 2, giving manure 3 K0 0 tons N/ha manure/ weight), K1 10 (25 Fertilizer, Goat Cage/5 K2 20 (50 K3 30 (75 BTKO). results increased N-total dose Urea: 0.25g manure: 75g while interaction total Urea dose: 75g) South Coast
